Ron and Charlie offered to take care of everything, including bringing all appropriate tasting glasses and even coordinating the menu with the caterers so that the wines paired well with each course. Unfortunately, their liaison at the firm decided she would take care of renting the glasses and dealing with the caterer. She also got lost on the way to the event. Ron and Charlie, however, were able to take immediate control of the situation.
